I'm still getting the Update Operation Failed message when I try to
install 1.5, and we get this error from two different locations about
400 miles apart (which I suspect means we're taking different network
paths). I'm using the same methods we've been using for ages, so I don't
think we're doing anything wrong on our end. And it's not like it's a
complex procedure or anything. For whatever reason, it seems like it's
able to get access to the site that lists what things are available, but
not to the actual files it needs to perform the update.

Btw - your instructions say you can download the jar and install it as
an archived site. If that doesn't work, you should change your
instructions.

http://eclipseme.org/docs/installEclipseME.html#step2c

I've tried both installation methods and neither work.
