Unfortunately what you want to do is generally not possible. In most 
cases, anything hardware related is hardcoded into the phone. Adding the 
bluetooth libraries is not possible because they are just wrappers 
around native code on each phone. There may be phones out there that can 
do what you want, but it wouldn't be possible just by packaging up the 
bluetooth libraries.
