You can configure Javadoc for the APIs in EclipseME devices management. And
you can get Javadoc for perticular method by pressing F2 selecting that
method in source code, just like it works for Java SE. I don't have Eclipse
on my home PC, so I can give exact steps only after reaching office
tomorrow. But I am sure you can configure javadocs and sources for each API
for a JavaME device.
