Since you asked for it: Works for me (Windows XP, Eclipse 3.2.2 or 3.3, 
EclipseME 1.7.7).

My Javadoc location is 'file:/C:/Program 
Files/Java/WTK2.5.2/docs/api/midp/' (also configured in Device Management).

BTW: I always need to configure the Javadoc location manually when I 
install EclipseME. Would it be possible to make this automagically in 
EclipseME? OK, you'd need to know where the Javadoc is (or search for it 
in a smart way), but I guess most people use Sun's WTK anyway, and the 
place of its doc folder has been fairly stable, so it wouldn't be such a 
big problem.
