Ok. I understand it.

But if I decide to build own system on Nuxeo or integrate it in another
application (Liferay) - can I redefine this logic structure? For example I
don't need domains.

Here is the logic :  workspace are places where you work around  
documents.  It is the "collaborative place".
The section are places the document are plublished : from the  
workspace, in the publish tab of a doucment, you can "send" a proxy  
of the document in a section.
The template folder is used to  have pre formated workspace (you can   
select a template at workspace creation time).

The domain is thought for having different security domain.
