Nuxeo is layer-based, so you could only use the service and the core.
But the webapp is designed to be extensible, so it is easy to make
it look-like another way, you can easyy add new action UI, there are
some special wiget adapted to Nuxeo document schemas ... So you would
loose a lot of the platform !
