This was my log :
Check Search Service configuration and Compass mappings.

Could not connect to the remote OpenOffice server @127.0.0.1:8100

[org.nuxeo.ecm.webapp.action.ConversionActionBean] Transform service 
didn't return any resulting documents which is not normal.

It  works now, the problem was that I installed OOo but I didn't run it to 
register my name, etc.
When I started it in -headless mode, I didn't see this window ...

Do you have any matching error message in the
${jboss.dir}/server/default/log/server.log file ?
