Hi
I am making an attempt to install Nuxeo 5.1.2 on a Red Hat E Linux 2.4.
When I am running as root
java -jar nuxeo-ep-5.1.2.GA-installer-1.jar
I got following error msg:
==========================
java.awt.HeadlessException:
No X11 DISPLAY variable was set, but this program performed an operation which r
equires it.

Questions:
1) Am I correct in assuming that Nuxeo may not be installed without X11???
2) If there is a way to work out this installation without having X11 I
would like to know the procedure please.
Thanks
Sankett
Do not read ahead if your answer to question 2) is "I dont know any way.."
But thanks for you time and help...
PS:
I have kinda tried to hack into the system to go ahead of the place where I
was stuck... I did,
export DISPLAY=:0.0
rite before running the nuxeo jar file. Doing this the nuxeo installer thought
I have a valid X11 installed at that path.
Further ahead it gave me:
==========================
[EMAIL PROTECTED] nuxeo]# java -jar nuxeo-ep-5.1.2.GA-installer-1.jar
xception in thread "main" java.lang.InternalError: Can't connect to X11 window
erver using ':0.0' as the value of the DISPLAY variable.

If you think there is a way I can install Nuxeo without installing X11 may I
please know that?
Thanks again...
Sankett
