Well I have successfully installed Nuxeo and its working fine.. thank you once 
again.

Just one more NOTE (for someone with this same issue)...
please check yourdomain:8080 port prior to installation, if its been used by 
tomcat or some other server... you will have to stop it before jboss takes 
control of it. So say for tomcat goto:
{TOMCAT_DIR}/bin/shutdown.sh
