I see only one folder, although there should be many of them. And I  
don't always  see the same

I don't know, but finally, the fact it is displayed on my instance  
seems to show that some process are not ended correctly when we close  
the file

I don't think that the default protocol handler (the one we can  
download online) use the fields username and password.  Note that the  
Installer you pointed  and which I used didn't set up the firefox  
addon. That 's why I went online to take the usual one.
