Thanks, looks good, but have added a comment to the JIRA issue basically
asking if adding the ability to set permissions at the page level
could/is a good idea (snippet pasted below)
Would it be a big problem to allow Comment and Moderation rights to be
defined on web pages too. Currently we have the requirement to allow
users to comment only on certain pages (folders) of a single Mini
WebSite, and don't want them to be able to comment on all. Also I could
see that different users could be assigned as moderators of different
areas of a Web Site.

Nope, you need to give permission "Comment" specifically to allow
users to post comments. Please note Write permission includes
Comment. The changeset mentioned in task is already in 5.2 (is
prior release of 5.2). I linked the task to let you better
understand the situation.
