Dear Jivan: Your welcome! Actually you said it all better than I did. My
writing is a little clumsey at best. But you're right. Regression is
mistaken as is setting up house in a coal yard. I have read some old Arthur
C. Clarke too. My favorite of that bunch is Poul Anderson, I think. The
part about free lunches is so true. There are people that moan about
nuclear but then want nuclear medicine/science when they need diagnostics
for something horrible. In fact I read somewhere years ago that nuclear
power was the best for the enviroment because it produces such little waste
which is easily detectable and can buried a mile deep if need be. The wind
power thing needs hundreds of square miles of noisy winmills while the
solar idea has problems too--clouds I think. Maybe hydro is best but I have
a hunch nuclear might hold the key to cleanliness. Oops. I think the
concisness and lucidity is getting lost here so, Anyway thanks for writing.
