Contraceptive Pill/Stroke

Hello All From the Land Downunder,

Can anyone help with Information on the use of the contraceptive pill 

and stroke?

A small number of young women(in their 20's) have had stroke/bilateral

 stroke whilst taking "the pill" or whilst breastfeeding and taking 

"the pill".

There are warning signs on the pamphlets enclosed with the medication
but I can not find 

anything specific, even on Medline!

Can anyone help urgently? Thank you.
