The Department of Philosophy and Religion Studies at the University of North Texas seeks a tenure-track assistant professor (Ph.D. required) beginning academic year 1999-2000. AOS: ecofeminism. AOC: environmental philosophy, history of philosophy, introductory undergraduate-level logic. Deadline: January 15, 1999. Responsibilities include 4 to 5 courses per academic year, research in areas of expertise, and occasional service on departmental, college, and university committees. Some teaching experience and publications desirable. UNT offers an undergraduate interdisciplinary minor in religion studies, a B.A. in philosophy, and an M.A. in philosophy with a concentration in environmental ethics.
