There are a lot of weird Christians, too (didja check out those
websites?), as well as pedophilic priests and moneygrubbing
televangelists. So what?
The Crone is the third aspect of the Triple Goddess, Maid, Mother
and Crone, which inspires reverence for the beauty and innocence
of youth, the industry and strength of adulthood, and the knowledge
and wisdom and elderly.
We are not chaotic. We live by the Witches' Rede; "An it harm
none, do as ye will." Rather than freedom without responsibility, the
cosequence of following these eight words imposes a discipline as
strict as any set of commandments, for each and every action must
be evaluated before it is taken or forbourne to see whether it will
harm oneself, any other, or our planet.
