however, the issue with abortion legality in the u.s. is not, in my
mind, the most critical one. the issue is accessibility. abortion is
expensive everywhere, and only 12% of counties have an abortion provider
at all. in many states, medicaid will not reimburse abortions except in
cases of rape and incest or life endangerment. currently, third
trimester abortions are still legal although it is very difficult to get
one. Regarding your question about ethical procedures, i suggest you
check the NAF web site or call the hotline.
