I only note that it is a logical contradiction to support all-female institutions 
while opposing all-male ones.  Perhaps males would do better minus the distraction of 
the macho posturing in which they frequently engage to impress their female 
classmates.  I was quite satisfied with attending a coed university, but such options, 
in principle, should be open to either both genders, or neither of them (in the 
interests of genderblind egalitarianism).  I see nothing wrong with offering a class 
for exclusively one gender, as long as another class, with the same teacher and 
curriculum, is simultaneously available for those of both genders who would prefer to 
take the class coed.
