Maggie had suggested that spirital commonality was not necessary for changes
to take effect. Angela had queried this. I for one (as I mentioned in my
last post) do not support the idea of spiritual commonality - I do however
understand that we are literally interconnected (otherwise we could do none
of the things that Angela suggests, like function as human beings). I
don't believe in spirituality, yet I do believe in Ecofeminism - why? -
because I believe that investigating structures, ideas and the practical
application of these concepts has significance. It has absolutely nothing
to do with whether I have a spiritual sense (which I don't and actually find
personally problematic for many reasons).
