http://www.phidot.org/forum/index.php The original query was quite basic and the introductory chapters in the How-To manual should handle it: http://www.phidot.org/software/mark/docs/ Simple models are also easy to run through RMark (via R), but that's another can of worms (Appendix C in the book linked above for starters if you go that route). Obviously, the models can be fitted outside of Program MARK as well, if you desire.
