Same here, we tend to eat the same breakfast and vary the other meals.
The seasons have a big impact on meals as does the garden.

Oats and fruit are my favorites also. In the winter we add nuts
and seeds to increase the calories.

My literature says to harvest the whole plant at the end of summer
and dry it inside. The leaves can also be harvested though out the
summer on a small scale. Last year we cut the plant off at the
ground and hung it inside to dry. After a few weeks we ground it
using the blender and ended up with a pint of powder. This lasted
for many months.
In the spring the stevia roots send up a new plant and the cycle
continues. We left one plant inside all winter with only a
partial harvest and this worked also, but the total harvest
method worked better for us.
The last time i visited the grocery store they had stevia in
one of the bulk bins. It was very expensive and i suspect
most shoppers thought it was a weird health food. No one
was buying it while i was there. They are missing a good
thing.
