It may be that people react differently to various foods. Some
can eat eggs and others have problems. Milk
causes problems for some people and not others. I love
eggs but milk causes problems. It is strange, i drank
milk from ages 0-40 and did not know it was causing problem.

I was thinking that diversity is more misunderstood than
over-rated. We have the basic food groups which everyone
uses as a guide for a diverse diet. So, everyone eats white
flour thinking they are satisfying the "grain" requirement.
Somehow i don't think this is true diversity of diet.
