Where, may I ask, did you find the above paragraph?  Not that I doubt 
it, I'd just like to know where it came from

I didn't post the URL here expecting people to take his (or my) word
as gosple.  The points that each case needs to be looked at and the 
'green' movement keeps getting more radical after any time they do
win are both still true.
