Maybe this would be a good time for you to explain just what and ecovillage
is, because I'm a bit confused.
I've looked at the web site for Heartwood Hamlet, and it looks to me like
you're just dividing Heartwood up into overpriced lots so that more people
can have "individual homes on acreage," with the partial interest in some
more land.
