The best examples are the American Bar Associations model trading partner
agreements. I believe these are still copyrighted by the ABA, but you should
be able to obtain them from the ABA at a nominal cost. Trying contacting Tom
Smedinghoff, ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) Chair of the ABA Science &
Technology Division which originally developed these model agreements in the
early 1990's.

The Electronic Commerce Division of the ABA's Section of Science and
Technology Law has been a significant focus of electronic commerce law
initiatives since the Division's formation in 1992. Through its four
committees, the Electronic Commerce Division has devoted extensive resources
to addressing developing issues of electronic commerce. By working closely
with major business and governmental entities, these committees have
fundamentally affected and encouraged the growth of both domestic and
international electronic commerce.
