I worked for petrochemical company that was a sole supplier to a large
manufacturer that required a very extensive
TPA be signed to continue business.  The petrochemical company refused to
sign the TPA  because off all the various conditions placed on them.
Business continued for years with EDI purchase orders having note segments
that said 'this is a test order'.  All these orders were filled and
everybody was happy.
