In the 837 v4010 segment sv204 (Unit or Basis Measurement Code) In the HIPAA
implementation guide for Institutional Claims that is a qualifier of F2 which
indicates International Unit and says that it is a "Dosage amount is only used
for drug claims when the dosage of the drug is variable within a single NDC
number"... O.K....What's that mean? Does that mean I can use cc's, grams, etc?
