I'm getting confused here.  Is this thread discussing what is out
there for viewing files containing EDI?  Or, are we swerving into what is
available from software vendors for looking at raw EDI data that the system
has received?  If it is the latter, I like TIE Commerce's Workbench product
that I use for eVision.  Like previously mentioned for another product, I
get byte offsets from the beginning of the file for errors, but Workbench
lets me switch from ASCII to two different Hex views.  I can then use TIE's
program SWAP to change or eliminate characters within the file.
