The reference manuals are there for a reason. Troubleshooting or Situational questions like what would you do if it's your first week on the job, your supervisor is on vacation and Walmart calls you for a missing ship note, what would be the steps you then do, where would you go? or Simple ones like your mapping and can't remember some Segment usage, where would you refer to?
