I only checked ANSI 004010, but that 866 T/S allows for 100 date-time loops 
(Loop DTM at 1/100)  with  500 parts per date-time
(loop LIN at 1/500).

The way you phrased your question - " iterations for one part" - suggests you 
are currently sorting your data first by part, then by
date-time, whereas the transaction set standard says you should be sorting 
first by date-time, then by part within date-time.
