I'm curious as to how long other companies retain their historical EDI documents. Our's are archived on a daily basis, but I'm wondering how long the tapes/CD's need to be kept. We primarily deal in service orders (either ANSI 142 documents or proprietary flat-files) with some 856's, 810's and 850's. Are there legal requirements involved?
