Chris: I have used Softshare's Delta and ECS products and they would be an excellent fit for you.
They are Windows-based and a knowledge of Visual Basic-style programming would help in some of the more esoteric mapping rules. Solid programs, solid support, very competitive VAN if necessary, great pricing. -Paul ----------------------------------------------------------------- Paul McTeigue President, Icefan Systemhouse Inc. Your thoughts. | | |Greetings everyone, | |My company is new to EDI and we are looking to get up and running this |year. With that said, I have been researching mapping software that |would be a good fit for what we want to do, and can fit our budget. |So far we have looked at Inovis TrustedLink, Softshare ECS and Delta, |and 1EDISource EDI Complete. Do any of you use one of the software |packages mentioned? If so, what are your thoughts on what they do |well, and what areas they fall short in? Any other recommendations on |mapping software? I work for a retail footwear chain and we will be |looking to trade 850, 856, and 810 right away, but eventually |integrating 832, 846, 855, and 860 into our EDI process in the future. | |Regards, | |Chris | | | | | | | |. |Please use the following Message Identifiers as your subject |prefix: <SALES>, <JOBS>, <LIST>, <TECH>, <MISC>, <EVENT>, <OFF-TOPIC> |Access the list online at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/EDI-L | |Yahoo!
