This sounds like a problem better addressed to your EDI translation software
vendor.
Though I could speculate.

TP2
ISA*00* *00* *ZZ*HAHM ABCD *ZZ*ITAA HSN1014
GS*PS*008860389*806052304A
Both of these will create a 997 error when processed.
Any help in getting us on the right track would be greatly appreicated
