Single invoice? Ok, I'll buy, even though that would be unusual,
because.....
.... I think one Advance Shipping Notice per shipment is pretty much the
norm, and with multiple shipping destinations I'm pretty sure you'll have
multiple shipments... and it's not at uncommon to provide (and expect to be
provided) one invoice per shipment. Well,Ok - one invoice for each purchase
order on that shipment.
