After that big outage in 2005 (or was it in 2004), they supposedly made redundancy plans to prevent this from happening again. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Samantha Scott Sent: Wednesday, February 21, 2007 11:23 AM To: Brian Lehrhoff Cc: [email protected] Subject: Re: [EDI-L] GXS DOWN?????
Isn't that nice? We called and they INSISTED that there was nothing wrong. We can't get through via FTP nor can we log onto the mailbox on the web. The next call was straight to our salesman. I am at a new company where I have GXS as a VAN for the first time and my experience so far has been less than stellar. In fact, replacing them is fast moving to the top of my project list. This pretty much seals the deal Are you listening GXS???
