I received a message just after 10:00 a.m CST that the TGMS (Trading
Grid Messaging Services (Formerly ICS)) was down and the cause was being
investigated. I have received 2 updates since then saying the same
thing. The services being afftected are:
Interconnect Traffic
AS/2 Service
OLV Service
NBT
TGMS Gateway
Trading Grid
ECSN
No estimates on how long as they have yet to determine the cause.
