TGMS (formerly know as ICS) is experiencing a service interruption.

-Description-

GXS Operations Center proactively detected an issue with the TGMS VAN
servcie. Client may not be able to access TGMS during this interruption.
Engineers are investigating the problem and working to restore service
as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

-Additional Information-

The next service bulletin will be issued by 12:00 PM ET or as conditions
change.

Trading Grid (r) Messaging Services (ICS) Service Disruption - Update

-Description-

The Trading Grid (r) Messaging Services (ICS) disruption detected by GXS
Operations is being investigated. Affected users are still not able to
send or receive documents or access applications as a result of this
service disruption. 

Interconnect traffic sent is being queued for delivery when service is
returned.

-Impacted Services-

The following services are currently unavailable:

Trading Grid (r) Messaging Services (ICS)

Interconnect Traffic

AS/2 Service

OLV Service

NBT

TGMS Gateway

Trading Grid

-Additional Information-

We apologize for any issues this causes you. We are working to restore
service to full operation as soon as possible.

If you are a Managed Services Customer, please note that this issue does
not affect your ability to connect to the GXS Managed Services Platform.
It does impact your trading partner community that utilizes the Trading
Grid (r) Messaging Services (ICS).

The next Technical Service Bulletin will be issued at 12:00 Noon ET or
as soon as conditions change.
