If GIS certified you, get help from them, did they offer some sort of placement assistance?
If you're interviewing in the US, or for a US company be honest and don't try to "concentrate" on anything to "get thru" an interview. This is considered dishonest and will only harm you. What you know will be obvious to the interviewer and you will seem at best silly and at worst a liar if you try to pretend to know something you don't.
