that product will generate your edi correctly, with a single character terminator. usually the output is modified to change that single character (for instance a pipe) to add a <cr><lf> for readability. and sometimes we get sloppy and use a <lf> (x0a) for the terminator so the data can be read without a change. if you need something else, run it through atext after the edi is created.
