Why do those of us stay with GXS do so?
As one person stated earlier, a long standing relationship. Another is much better customer support than I receive from Inovis. Much better. Pricing is moot these days. Tell any vendor what someone else is priced at and they will match it. I guess it's been a while now when GXS really messed up when their Data Center was flooded. That was bad. Real bad. Should have never happened but it did. I also know other networks have outages. They just don't send a message so you never know it. I have had to squeeze call support to find out why I wasn't getting documents on other VANs. Does GXS need to improve? Absolutely. Have I had enough? Yes. GXS are you listening? ________________________________ From: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Bob Scheuermann Sent: Wednesday, October 03, 2007 11:05 AM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: [EDI-L] GXS down again? This board has seen so many of these "GXS is down" messages. To those who use them: Why? I'm just curious. They can't be the best based on downtime issues so my guess is they have good sales reps who can really shovel it..... [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ...
