You stay with GXS for the quality support?  I think a lot of us would find
that statement amusing. :)

Anyway, you are correct that the other networks have outages as well.  I've
seen quite a few issues with inovis and interconnects over the years, and
they are pretty bad about not reporting them to people.

Honestly, I've had the least connection issues with ICC.Net (now easylink...
no idea what the service is going to be like post-merger).  Even they are
down occasionally, though, but its always been brief (no more than an hour
or so at worst, in my experience).
