I'd expect them to have experience with MRP/ERP systems, EDI, and a well
rounded technical and business background. In short, a Business Analyst.
It's been a while since I took my System Analysis and Design Class.....but I
think it goes like this:
Feasibility Study
Requirements Analysis
Requirements Specification
Logical System Specification
Physical Design
