Tom, supply chain needs covers a broad waterfront. You need to be more specific:
1. Supply chain needs for information systems 2. Supply chain needs for logistics 3. Supply chain needs for operational organization 4. What problem(s) are you trying to address? Only by first being more specific as to what your "supply chain needs" encompass can you then determine what type and how many resources and experts you may need to assist you. If you were hiring someone to study your supply chain needs and come up with system processes to implement, what bacground would you expect that person to have? Give me names of methodologies, etc that you would expect this person to know. Thanks kindly in advance. Contact me on or off list.
