I can actually read SEF files, and I would prefer DOC/PDF.. especially 
because there simply MUST be some partner-specific comments regarding the 
application data.

Above all, don't do what I got last week... someone sent me an IG in 
MS-Excel format, using nine (9) separate worksheets in the file... one for 
envelopes, one for structure, one for segments, one for valid ship-to 
address codes, etc.

Yuck!  I just ended up printing  out all the worksheets. Please... send me 
ONE (1) document with all the info... don't care if if it's text, MS-Word, 
rich text, PDF or paper, but puh-leeze don't send me all this info in 
disjointed format like this!!!
