What are your company managers' hot-buttons? Which of them could you possibly impact? What are the problem areas in your supply chain? What errors are entering the system? What errors are causing problems because data isn't getting where it's supposed to? Is money the biggest issue? Is timeliness of data a problem? Is your application's database in good order? Are you getting a lot of charge-backs? Or are you charging back a lot of stuff? Is your catalog online? Should it be? Or do you make use of others' online catalogs? Could you? Of course, if I were you, I would stick in something about converting to Softshare, or upgrading to the next version when it is released sometime in the future. But that's me. Some guys have a higher pain tolerance than I do. LOL! Hope this helps your thinking.
