Hi Debi --

Your email caught my attention as I am speaking Jan 21 at the local
Oracle Apps User Group's Training Days at the Santa Clara Convention
Center, and am writing my presentation this very moment. My topic is
the "7 Secrets of a Successful Data Integration". It is geared to the
Oracle crowd. My emphasis will be a bit different than yours.

One of my "secrets" is that EDI still rocks. I'm sure that most of you
know this. There was an excellent article on this written by Steve
Keifer called "EDI and Darwin -- Survival of the Fittest".
http://www.imakenews.com/edi/e_article001103142.cfm?x=bcHwSf7,b3lJRn6w,w.
You might start there.

Upper Management loves $$'s. So if you can make a case for BRINGING IN
REVENUE because of EDI with major customers as well as cost savings, you
will have a hit.

Good Luck.
