DISA sure as hell must have had SOMEONE on Capitol Hill. How else can you explain.. 1. Use of 005010-based standards mandated in law, rather than delegated to Secretary of HSS to implement via the NPRM process (which worked quite nicely 1999/2000 if you ask me). Hell, most congresscritters who voted for this can't spell either 'EDI' or "005010." 2.
