Yes, I have done two Forzani implementations in Canada.
They started their EDI department about 3 years ago and there were tremendous growing pains - they had outsourced AS/2 communication testing to Sterling and outsourced document testing to SPS Commerce. Then they required their own internal testing. Then they changed their implementation guides three times within 18 months. However, things have settled down somewhat. I had suggested to them that they hire a couple of experienced EDI guys internally as it was a real mess at one point. If you have any questions, just let me know.
