As the Hobo would say in The Polar Express,  "So many questions. There's but 
one inch of clearance between the roof of this rattler and the top of Flat-Top 
Tunnel."

I'll shortly be calling the customer (the one sending the qualifier) to ask all 
of these questions, and I might throw in a few of my own.
