If GXS cuts off Loren Data how does SPS continue to support interVAN

Data with another backbone provider (no easy task) who is allowed to
Daisy Chain or get all those trading partners to sign up with Loren
data.
GXS is forbidding SPS (or any other EDI Service Provider) to use any other
“backbone” (e.g. IBM/Sterling, HP/EDS, Liaison/Nubridges, OpenText/Easylink,
etc.). GXS is using its control of the market to force its direct competitor
SPS, along with every other EDI Service Provider, into a subordinate position.
Perhaps the other VANs will recognize that GXS is maneuvering to run the table
on EDI Service Providers, creating a situation where only GXS gets to be “The
Backbone of EDI,” as this ban on so-called “daisy-chaining” will render the
other VANs useless for service providers.
It is quite telling that GXS seems to have no problem using the same
interconnects to “daisy chain” EDI Service Providers on their own network back
to the other VANs.
