If we wanted to run a dedicated server, it seems like bugzilla has a longer track record. But, personally, running a server for bugzilla seems like a hassle. Let's assume we figure out a long term plan to pay for it. We still have to handle all the admin issues of backing it up, dealing with crashes, dealing with people trying to crack or crash the server, etc...
